Mensualio
Making deferred-payment property listings easier to explore.
Mensualio brings together French deferred-payment property listings. My work: turning scattered listings into a dataset people can browse and compare.

The problem
Scattered listings, fields that differ from one source to the next, and a niche where comparing is nearly impossible.
My role
Design, FastAPI back end, Angular front end, launch — solo.
Decisions behind the product
Start with a specific problem
The scope focuses on deferred-payment sales. This supports an experience shaped around those listings rather than recreating a general property portal.
Reuse established patterns
Mensualio adapts the aggregation structure explored with OrOGramme to another domain. The technical foundations are reused; fields and presentation serve the new need.
Connect back end and front end
FastAPI and MongoDB handle the data; Angular provides the browsing experience. I design and build both sides through to deployment.
The stack
FastAPI / Python, MongoDB, zoneless Angular SSR.
The outcome
Live since September 2026.
What this project demonstrates
This project shows how I reuse an architecture while adapting the product to a different audience. It has been live since September 2026; no commercial results are claimed here.
